Congratulations on taking the first step towards your full potential! My work as been described as grounded and direct, with a fun sense of humor. I can help you change your unhealthy thoughts and reach your goals through small and attainable steps. I am a Los Angeles native. I graduated from California State University of Northridge with my B.S. in Psychology, and my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Before pursuing therapy, I worked with the entertainment industry as a publicist. My practice includes working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. When I'm not "in the chair," I am likely spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, or on the golf course! Prior to working as a telehealth therapist, I was a Clinical Supervisor at Anger Management 818. I have experience working in several environments including a school setting and residential treatment facilities as an individual and family therapist. I am also currently a practitioner for The Caldwell Family Institute in Agoura Hills, California.
