As a therapist at Therapy Insights Practice, I have a strong passion for supporting individuals and couples through emotional and mental health challenges. I am passionate about using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other strengh-based interventions to help clients navigate the complexities of OCD, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Struggling emotionally can feel incredibly isolating, and having an active supporter who can listen and work alongside you can bring positive change. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel empowered to work through their concerns and achieve their mental health goals.
