Introduction

So many people are feeling that familiar sense of frustration when trying to balance “adulting” with having a life. You’re not alone. Today’s world is not as simple and straight-forward as it was made out to be. There’s no handbook given out after graduation on how to navigate life as a newly independent adult. For many people, there comes a time when relationships, transitions, or life, in general, begins to feel overwhelming. When this happens, you need someone that knows how to handle what you’re going through. I’ll sit with you while you explore options and show you ways to reflect and find peace. I’ll also help you organize things into smaller, more manageable steps so you can begin tackling obstacles between you and your goals. I offer individual and couples therapy to help you increase your self esteem, secure attachment, manage life transitions, and overcome challenging relational issues. I focus on helping people to build secure attachments with the people they love so they can feel safe within their relationships. I have a special focus on millennial couples (those in their late 20’s to late 30’s) who are struggling with unique issues like prolonged education, financial stress, delayed life transitions, infidelity, and social media stress.
