Introduction

I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients ranging from adolescents to older adults, providing me with valuable experience in supporting individuals in their personal growth and development. My experience includes working with mood disorders, personality disorders, and other conditions. I particularly value self-motivated clients committed to making positive changes and actively engaged in the therapeutic process. I utilize Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my counseling work, tempered with an appreciation for the healing power of the counseling relationship and the importance of an excellent client-counselor connection. I’m passionate about multicultural counseling and helping those in difficult circumstances and situations.
