I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping people like you learn how to take control of their lives and build healthy, satisfying relationships. My work focuses on relieving old pain, challenging old patterns, and helping you be your best. I believe that we all have the potential for growth, development, and—ultimately—joy. Together, we can help you identify and expand your range of choices, search for solutions, and empower you to exercise your agency more consciously and effectively. I’m passionate about strengthening marriages and families, improving relationships, and helping people overcome challenges so they can reach their full potential. In addition, I offer practical skills, insight, education, and caring support as you work to improve relationships, make changes, and navigate the challenges and transitions in your life.
