It's great to meet you! I know the decision to seek help is not always an easy one, and I want to acknowledge your courage in beginning the process. I'm a trained marriage and family therapist who is passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals to restore and redeem relationships with each other and with self. My work focuses on helping clients to identify and communicate their emotional needs, with the goal of deepening connection and adopting new patterns of behavior. I offer therapy for those experiencing relational issues, emotional pain or distress (such as depression or anxiety), trauma, and grief. Additional specialties include peripartum mood disorders and working with children and teens.
