I am dedicated to helping teens and adults effectively address life stressors and develop skills for independent symptom management. I utilize a client-centered approach to determine client strengths, barriers, and concerns, with a solution focused lens to help provide relief and skills to help the client reach their goals. I have 11 years of experience as a high school counselor, and served in the military for over 20 years. My clinical interests and experience include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, burnout, educational/school challenges, and career & college counseling. I believe in your ability to progress and evolve into the person you want to be. I am here to help you during your process of reflection, healing and growth. I am currently offering Telehealth only (online therapy), which provides you with the flexibility to receive the help you want from wherever you prefer - work, home, school, or even your car.
