Introduction

I am glad to see you here. I began as an eye doctor seeing patients for the last 25 years and added Brainspotting as a Licensed Professional Counselor to create relief for adults with Anxiety and Stress. I am honored to work with clients of color as an area of specialty since we all have the same eyes yet we learn to see. PS The only In-person sessions I do are Walk and Talk sessions currently.
