Introduction

It's natural to occasionally struggle with feelings of sadness, guilt, shame, fear, frustration, and anger, but at times our emotional experience can seem overwhelming. I work exclusively with women in their early 20s to mid-40s who may be wrestling with discomfort and uncertainty arising from life transitions, work and familial responsibilities, and chronic burdens that have become too heavy to bear. Using a gentle, encouraging approach, I offer a supportive space where you can begin to increase your awareness, self-insight, and flexibility as you learn to navigate life’s hardships with ease. Throughout our work together, I'll invite you to come as you are, not as who others demand you to be. You'll learn how to accept your outer experience while quieting the inner voice of self-judgment, and replace thoughts of inadequacy and self-doubt with a balanced understanding of who you are and who you are working toward becoming. I believe that each client has the capacity to integrate her most difficult experiences with a fundamental desire to change and that this union is what allows her to flourish.
