Introduction

You have taken this first, courageous step in looking for someone to share your story with. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration. As humans, we feed off of connection and shared experiences. It is important to know that you are not alone. The first time you feel like you are no longer in control can be terrifying or devastating. Whether it is aging, a loss, a trauma or any other life event, change is inevitable. We cannot control everything we experience and the events that occur in our life but we can manage our reactions and the impact it has. My role is to provide the safe space that supports you and your goals. Together we can explore the areas that need attention to bring more balance, awareness and intention to everyday life.
