Introduction

Are you experiencing the Sunday scaries on more days than just Sundays? Anxiety can stem from a vast variety of underlying conditions, physical and mental. It can be challenging to even know where to begin, but I am here to help! If you're new to therapy or returning, I am so excited you're here in your mental health/recovery journey. I offer a safe & relaxing space with good vibes, positive energy and lots of crystals. Counseling is centered around you, so no two sessions are ever the same. We will work together to create goals that are unique to you and what you want to accomplish together! I use CBT, DBT, MI, art therapy, & more! As an LCMHCA & LCASA, I have a deep passion for working with mental health & addictions. I began in the field in 2021, & have since worked with a diverse group of clients. Due to my own experiences, I’m very passionate about working with women’s issues, addictions, ADHD signs & symptoms, depression, anxiety, suicide grief/loss, and suicide ideation. If you haven't heard this recently: thank you for being here, you are so strong to face all that life has thrown your way. If you're looking for a counselor who is curious, wants to learn from you, and be a part of your mental health journey, please reach out today by email. I offer a safe, judgement-free zone for you to talk through emotions, big or small.
