Introduction

I specialize in treating trauma, ADHD, and anxiety. I work with people of all genders and sexual orientations, with a specific expertise in working with LGBTQ folks. I have been in practice for over 20 years, and I am trained in EMDR, as well as traditional talk therapy approaches. I also use mindfulness in my work with my clients.
