I help adults travel to the depths of their past to bring old patterning to the light to effectively evaluate and either let go or let be. I coach people to find new and healthy patterns by increasing internal safety in order to create a life worth living. Helping people welcome contentment and light into their lives. There is something magical that happens in therapy; the ability to be fully present and vulnerable with another human being while transmuting pain into comfort, joy, healing, and power has always amazed me.
