Introduction

At Whole Child, we know that modern life brings modern challenges to children, teens and families. We specialize in behavioral solutions to common issues such as anxiety, depression, social skills development, selective mutism and substance use prevention. We take a close and comprehensive look at what is contributing to these challenges and partner with you in breaking their hold, all within the framework of a deep compassion for what you have faced and are currently facing. At Whole Child, we both believe and have seen that with the right support, you can learn to manage these challenges and change the patterns that keep you from living a rewarding and meaningful life. After just one session, you will leave with a greater sense of hope and direction, feeling equipped with new skills to face whatever challenges are facing you. By learning new ways of understanding, coping, and relating to both yourself and the environment around you, you can and will find relief. We offer compassionate care and transformational skills development through behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment strategies as well as values based, strengths based, and art integrated interventions. We provide this in 1:1 sessions, in groups, at home and in the community both in person and via our secure Telehealth platform. At Whole Child, we partner with you on a journey towards enhanced wellness and relief and collaborate with important people and places to make sure that new skills are transferred into the environments where they matter most. We're glad you found us. We know that these challenges can be difficult to navigate on your own. Whole Child is here to walk with you towards meaningful and lasting change.
