Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping women of all ages (you!) discover joy and purpose in life. My work focuses on targeting traumatic events, self-limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, shame, and other issues that get in the way of you living a life you love. I firmly believe in a collaborative, holistic approach to therapy, and the tools I use are effective in enhancing resilience and helping my clients find a level of strength and courage they never knew they possessed. I promise to do my best to keep sessions balanced with a good dose of laughter (yes, it is often still the best medicine) and lightheartedness as we tackle the hard things together. I am also passionate about my own professional growth and development and I love to introduce new tools and techniques to enhance the therapeutic process.
