Welcome, my name is Emily Mayot. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma, grief/loss and substance abuse. I have been trained in CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoanalysis/ Psychodynamic and have a certification in EMDR (from EMDRIA). My work and training history is in inpatient and outpatient services. My style remains flexible in fitting your needs. I believe everyone is different within their own culture, ethnicity and family.
