Introduction

I am passionate about helping adults navigate their complex inner worlds. I enjoy working with people who project confidence and self-assurance in various facets of life yet privately battle grief, depression, and anxiety. I also work with adults experiencing complex emotions related to their reproductive health journeys. I create a safe space for clients who have experienced perinatal loss, including abortion and miscarriage. I approach therapy with a collaborative, holistic lens. I strive to help clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors during everyday experiences and the challenging times in their lives. I also encourage clients to engage in body-focused practices and mindfulness techniques.
