Introduction

Hi. I'm Emily. I am a licensed Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist in Minnesota. I began practicing in Chicago, and have since moved to Minneapolis. I practice from a trauma-focused, feminist, person centered approach - I have been told that I am easy going, but am not afraid to be direct and to the point. I defiantly use an F-Bomb or two, and a sense of humor in most of my sessions. I believe in the therapeutic relationship being very important! When deciding to find a therapist, you need to have trust, safety and a sense of feeling heard/seen. I have over 12+ years experience working with Adults (18+) through phase of life concerns, new parent, depression/anxiety, PTSD, sexual violence, or domestic violence. If you think we could be a good fit- reach out! I look forward to hearing from you.
