Introduction

Hi! My name is Emily Kouba and I’m a therapist based in Raleigh, NC. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, women’s health issues, big life changes, and improving interpersonal relationships. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Peripartum Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I believe the client-therapist relationship should be collaborative, trusting, and authentic. I hope to connect with clients by truly meeting them where they are, free of judgement and assumptions. Deciding to reach out for help and support is taking the first step toward better mental and emotional wellness, I look forward to starting the process together.
