Hi! My name is Emily Kouba and I’m a therapist based in Raleigh, NC. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, women’s health issues, big life changes, and improving interpersonal relationships. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Peripartum Mental Health through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I believe the client-therapist relationship should be collaborative, trusting, and authentic. I hope to connect with clients by truly meeting them where they are, free of judgement and assumptions.
