I'm Emily Koehler, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana. I especially love to work with clients who identify as being highly sensitive and prone to people pleasing and perfectionism. I can support you in finding ways to live, work, and parent that honor your true nature and strengths. I enjoy supporting clients as they learn to listen to their inner wisdom, set better boundaries, and gain clarity on next right steps. I am trained in EMDR, Yoga for 12 Step Recovery, Daring to Rest, and Yoga for Trauma. I take a holistic approach to mental health and wellness.
