My therapeutic style is informed by my experiences working with women in a residential treatment center and is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additionally, I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I primarily work with individuals suffering from eating disorders or disordered eating, experiencing body image concerns, processing their spirituality, seeking to process trauma and children and women feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression. Through a collaborative and empowering approach, I am dedicated to helping you develop the skills and insights necessary to overcome challenges and move forward with confidence and clarity.
