Welcome, I am a therapist specializing in mindfulness. I started my undergraduate education as a Journalism major, because I have always been drawn to others’ stories. When I realized I wanted to not only listen, but also learn how to help, I changed my plans and decided to become a therapist. Now, curiosity, warmth, and genuine interest drive my work with individuals and couples. I believe that creating a warm, accepting environment in which you can slow down and give yourself time to process and move toward more peace, more calm, and more acceptance is invaluable. I like to work slowly and intentionally, with mindfulness and compassion at the center of what I do.
