My therapy approach focuses on moving through heavy, longstanding, and overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, depression, and anger. Allowing yourself to feel and explore the most difficult emotions can help to take back the power they hold. Meeting your feelings with self-compassion and curiosity creates space for healing and change. I will meet you where you are, and we will move at your pace.
