Introduction

Therapy Style: Brainspotting, Person-Centered, Holistic Counseling, Art Therapy As a lifelong Alaskan, I have a deep love and admiration for the resilient people who call this beautiful state home. I understand the unique challenges that life in Alaska can present, and my passion lies in helping individuals navigate these challenges. I specialize in working with clients facing life transitions, depression, anxiety, burnout, dissociative disorders, dementia, PTSD, and their families. My approach is person-centered, utilizing brainspotting techniques, and I am proud to be an LGBTQ-affirming therapist. I also work with couples and incorporate mindfulness and art therapy into my practice. With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to empowering my clients by recognizing their strengths and promoting both physical and mental well-being through a holistic approach. I am committed to facilitating self-advocacy and believe that everyone has the potential for success. It is an honor to join my clients on their journey of self-healing and personal growth.
