Introduction

I'm a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist committed to helping my clients learn how to regulate their emotions and heal from past traumas in order to live a fulfilling life. My work focuses on identifying problematic patterns and working collaboratively with my clients to make the necessary changes. My clients report feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected after completing therapy. I work with children, individuals, couples & families and specialize in treating trauma, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. In my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming, playing tennis, going on walks and spending time with my husband and our three young boys.
