Introduction

When my clients come to therapy, their reasons and goals are as unique as they are, with one very important thing in common: something in their life doesn’t feel right, and they want to make it better. Whether this is related to mental health, relationships, work, past trauma, or something else entirely, we often begin with the hope of bringing healing and fresh perspective to whatever struggle they are facing.
