Introduction

I provide virtual individual therapy for adults (18+) in Massachusetts, with a focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, non-monogamy, chronic illness, sex work, and kink. My approach is rooted in social justice, person-centered care, and the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you—because you’re not broken. It’s about exploring, unlearning, healing, and finding what works for you in a world that is often too much. I have big opinions but bigger respect for your autonomy and I will always support you, even if we have different taste in books (although we may discuss problematic tropes). ───── ⋆⋅🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️⋅⋆ ───── 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐘 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐒 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 I draw from a mix of therapeutic approaches, depending on what works best for you: 🌱 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 – You are not a collection of symptoms. This approach centers self-acceptance, growth, and unconditional positive regard. 🧠 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 – Life is weird, confusing, and sometimes absurd. We’ll explore the big questions—meaning, purpose, freedom—without getting lost in existential dread (hopefully). 🌍 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 – Your well-being is connected to the world around you. Whether that means grounding in nature or just acknowledging that capitalism makes it hard to feel human, we’ll work with that. 🌈 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 – Therapy should be strength-based, egalitarian, and politically informed. If the personal is political, so is healing. ────── ⋆⋅♿⋅⋆ ────── 𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 I know that chronic illness, disability, mental illness, and the diabolical vibes of the world right now can make scheduling (and life in general) unpredictable. That’s why I keep therapy as accessible and low-stress as possible. I offer flexible scheduling and no pressure for a recurring appointment day/time—because some days are harder than others. I also understand last-minute cancellations (I sometimes need to cancel too when my symptoms flare up) and won’t penalize you for needing to reschedule. All appointments are virtual (video or phone). I'll be there when talking is helpful and will support from afar when it isn't. ────── ⋆⋅🍉⋅⋆ ────── 𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐌𝐘 𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. I’m also a certified Ecotherapist and Reiki Master (because healing comes in many forms). ────── ⋆⋅📊⋅⋆ ────── 𝐒𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐄 For those who are not using insurance, I offer an elective sliding scale, meaning you decide what fee works for you. I do not request any explanation or financial documents—you know what cost is realistic and accessible for you. I do not want money to be a barrier to therapy and I am always happy to work together to figure out how we make this financially feasible. ────── ⋆⋅💗⋅⋆ ────── 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐗 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒 I’m proud to be a provider with Pineapple Support, offering reduced or no-cost therapy to individuals currently working in the adult industry. Everyone deserves access to affirming, nonjudgmental care. Apply via the Pineapple Support website. ────── ⋆⋅📱⋅⋆ ────── 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐊? If this sounds like the kind of therapy you’re looking for, feel free to reach out! I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and I’ll let you know about current availability.
