Asking for help is tough—especially when that little voice in our heads whispers, “It’s not that bad” or “Other people have it worse.” The truth is, you don’t have to earn the right to support—you deserve it just by being you. You deserve support, and I’m here to offer it in a way that’s tailored to you because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My specialties include Trauma/Abuse, PTSD, Women’s Issues, Anxiety, and Depression. I also have a special focus on helping people recover from narcissistic abuse and navigate tricky relationships with narcissists. Reclaiming your sense of self and setting boundaries isn’t easy, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Using a Trauma-Informed and Empowerment-Based approach, I offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can tackle challenges together. Finding the right therapist is a big deal, so if you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d be happy to chat via phone or email. Reach out—I’d love to connect!
