Introduction

Asking for help is one of the most challenging steps towards making meaningful changes in our lives. Often we feel that our problems are “not bad enough” or that “others have had it worse,” which prevent us from reaching out to others for support when we need it the most. I specialize in working with Trauma/Abuse, PTSD, Women’s Issues, Life Transitions, Anxiety, and Depression through a Trauma-Informed and Empowerment-Based approach that is tailored to each Client’s individual needs. Together we will move through processing your needs as a team in a judgment-free environment to help you achieve the meaningful change you desire.
