My passion lies in working with people coping with trauma, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. In our sessions we will work together on your goals for lasting change. I have obtained specialized training in trauma and I bring a trauma-informed foundation to my work with clients. I am trained in EMDR and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have spent over two years providing trauma-focused therapy in a Child Advocacy Center. I draw from a variety of emotion and cognitive-focused approaches to provide personalized care. I value your perspective on your experiences and I view therapy as a collaborative partnership between the client and therapist. My approach to therapy is centered around building a therapeutic relationship as well as helping you to identify and utilize your strengths.
