I have extensive training and experience working with clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal and self-harm behaviors, grief and loss, relationship & family issues, parenting, school issues, and adoption. I utilize therapy models such as mindfulness-based therapy, trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and animal-assisted therapy utilizing my AKC certified and registered Therapy Dog and Canine Good Citizen (upon request).
