I’m Emily, and I help humans just like you: ones that have it within them to heal past traumas, reconnect to themselves, and build confidence, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find security, stability, and hope by equipping them with the tools they need to create more authentic lives and heal from past traumas. First, we work together to explore your goals for therapy and past experiences that are causing pain, insecurity, and chaos in your life. Then, we work on coping skills, communication, and trauma processing that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the tools you need to move toward living in an embodied way. find ways to be confident in your ability to move forward
