Introduction

I am a dedicated clinical social worker committed to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals from all walks of life. With a wealth of experience working across various age groups and backgrounds. I previously worked with an in-home family therapy program and spent seven years with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in their behavioral health department. I specialize in applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support my clients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I have been in the mental health field for 15 years. My expertise lies in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy, allowing me to address a wide range of mental health challenges. I have worked with children as young as 2 and take a strong approach in supporting the family as a whole system. In addition, I take great enjoyment in working with adults on their individual wellness journey toward self-discovery and improving quality of life. As a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers, I stay informed about the latest advancements in the field and adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice. My approach is characterized by compassion and a genuine commitment to a client-centered process. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to empower clients to navigate past traumas, overcome obstacles, and ultimately improve their relationships- both with themselves and with others.
