I am a licensed social worker and therapist experienced in working with adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, panic disorder, addiction, and relationship issues. My mission has been to provide compassion, empathy, and a safe space to explore feelings, thoughts, and patterns of behavior. Along the way, I found that I have an undeniable passion for working with mothers; during pregnancy, postpartum, and all the day-to-day joys, struggles, and transitions of motherhood. Although it is beautiful, it can feel repetitive, isolating, and terrifying. I can provide the support and tools necessary to examine your mindset, inner dialogue, and core belief system that determines your relationship with yourself and others. I also believe in the importance of gratitude, intention, communication, and creating a life of fulfillment. Growth and change are possible when we learn why we do the things we do. If you are looking for support, feel free to call or email to set up an appointment.
