Introduction

Welcome! Copper Creek Counseling was established in 2019. Emily holds a license as a Clinical Social Worker in the states of Montana and Virgina. She has been in practice as a Mental Health Therapist since 2016, and works with adults (age 17 and older). Emily has experience in working with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is particularly effective in working through trauma. Mat holds a license as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Montana. He has been in practice as a Mental Health Therapist since 2018, and works with children and young adults (ages 5-25). Mathew has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Both Emily and Mat do their best to focus on providing empathetic, client-centered care. A client's hopes and goals for what they would like to accomplish by participating in counseling are of utmost importance in regard to treatment.
