Hello, thanks for stopping by! I am here to help. My clinical experience includes working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation, anger and other mood disorders as well as dealing with compounded trauma and communication issues. I work with various age groups and specializes in child and adolescent mental health, parent coaching and life transitions. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be in the helping profession. Entering into a therapeutic relationship takes vulnerability and trust, two things that I do not take lightly. Anyone of any age, background, gender identity or sexual orientation is welcome in my practice, and I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I strives to create a safe environment for my clients and like to hold space for them to feel whatever they need to feel and be who they want to be. I live in the Mid-Cities with my husband, son and two dogs. I enjoy traveling, going on walks, tending to my house plants, reading, and spending time with family.
