Introduction

Often times support is needed to face the horizon ahead and to navigate the many challenges of everyday life. I help clients explore where they came from and how that connects to where they want to go. Wherever you are on the road to change and understanding; I am here to help you feel a deeper sense of agency, presence, and authenticity. I work with preteens, teenagers, college students, and young adults. I use an individualized treatment approach to create a supportive and open environment to facilitate growth and change. I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems, DBT, and complex trauma treatments. My approach is tailored to your needs; I’ll use my training and relational therapy as foundational building blocks when starting our work together.
