I am Emily Callaghan, a bilingual licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. I combine different methods of psychotherapy to help address anxiety, depression, complex trauma, domestic violence, stress management, attachment issues, grief and loss. I take a holistic, systemic approach that allows for a state of stability. I believe that people of all walks of life have the capacity to make changes that will ameliorate their situations. When addressing the emotional and mental health needs of my clients, I strongly take into account their culture of origin, gender identity, spirituality, and value system. My warm interactive style provides a safe place for introspection that will lead to improved motivation, emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, and personal aspirations. Contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit.
