I am a Louisville native leading a life of compassion and kindness towards everyone I am fortunate enough to meet. Each relationship, even the challenging ones, are a lesson in growth. I find joy in being able to connect as a companion in other's healing. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology and Masters of Science in Social Work both from the University of Louisville. During my professional studies, I gained worthwhile experiences in working with children and families in the foster care system. I have spent time working in psychiatric facilities to support individuals in crisis. I also have several years of experience in the battles associated with all forms of addiction. I have found joy in connecting those who feel alone in their struggles. I developed a passion for group work with clients. I find truly magical things happen when individuals are healing together. I find building connection with others to be one of our most important tools in life. I am so excited you are considering to embark on this journey of healing. You are not alone. I offer individual counseling sessions and group therapy. Group sessions are weekly, lasting an hour and a half for $45. While in group, a commitment is made to attend weekly with the same individuals until you feel your needs have been met with the sessions. I recommend attending at least 3 sessions to determine if group is a good fit for you. Assignments to groups are determined after a one-on-one consult and assessment with me to ensure connections with like-minded individuals.
