Introduction

Hello! I'm Emily, and I enjoy working with individuals wanting to grow in self-understanding and couples wanting to strengthen their relationship. I practice depth-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy. By understanding and integrating our past experiences, we can feel more fully at home inside. At its best, therapy is a collaborative and creative process built on the foundation of a strong relationship. Together, we can work toward a sense of peace on the inside. In my time working in a variety of mental health settings, I have walked alongside those experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidality and complex trauma. I hold a certificate from the University of Michigan in sexual health and sex therapy and feel uniquely qualified to work with those navigating sex, intimacy, and relationship concerns. My holistic style welcomes body, mind and spirit. Whatever brings you to therapy, we can work together toward healing and wholeness. All identities and experiences are welcomed and valued.
