Hello & Welcome! With a foundation rooted in supporting individuals and families navigating through both everyday hurdles and trauma, I appreciate the time and effort it takes to venture into therapy. As your therapist, my job is to listen thoughtfully and to create a non-judgmental space that invites you to speak freely. My counseling journey began in a community mental health setting, where I recognized the empowerment that comes with breaking negative cycles to build and maintain positive connections with ourselves and others. Having worked across diverse environments, I approach our sessions with a strength-based, relational, and trauma-informed perspective. Drawing from my master’s degree in Community & Trauma Counseling, as well as specialized training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), I'm committed to highlighting your strengths and guiding you towards your goals.
