I am a counselor with over 15 years experience working with survivors of trauma. I am a lifelong learner who enjoys extensive training and my clients benefit from my "deep dives" into theory and practice. Most clients find therapy with me to be quite different from what they've experienced before. I’m certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment. I have training in Internal Family Systems and psychedelic integration.
