I am a licensed mental health counselor certified in perinatal mental health. I have been working in the mental health field since 2004, graduating with my Master's in Counseling in 2008. I am highly trained and experienced in CBT, CPT, DBT, grief and trauma support. In 2019, I received my certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Post Partum Support International after receiving extensive training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, assessment and treatment of such, psychotherapeutic approaches to treatment with advanced therapeutic issues, grief and loss as it relates to perinatal mental health and evidenced based psychotherapeutic tools to address symptoms of perinatal mental health disorders.
