Introduction

Despite presenting as self-assured, sociable, and successful in your career, you struggle internally with obsessive thoughts, imposter syndrome, and crippling self-doubt. You may be paralyzed with the distressing and intrusive thoughts in your head that cause you to doubt your own character. You may be constantly asking yourself - “what does this thought mean about me?” or “if I’m feeling this way, maybe it is a sign that xyz……”. You pride yourself on being a sensitive friend, an eager employee, and an attentive partner and value the relationships with the ones you love. But you struggle with ruminative thought patterns. You’d like to experience life feeling more secure, empowered and at peace to make decisions without second-guessing yourself and feeling pressure at every moment. I’m here to help take some of the pressure off of you. The process of getting to know someone can be uncomfortable and induce feelings of vulnerability, but I often find that clients feel lighter after the first session. I offer virtual therapy for residents of New Jersey. Reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to learn more about how we can work together to meet your goals!
