Introduction

We are all greatly influenced by connection. When you experience difficulty in your relationship with yourself or others, you can begin to lose trust in your ability to navigate true north on your own. When your mental or emotional needs go unmet, it creates a challenging void to fill…a void that can cause a variety of unhealthy symptoms. Feeling alone, anxious, depressed, guilty, ashamed, confused, lost, and overwhelmed are just a few of the signs that can emerge within our silence and isolation. But I have GOOD NEWS. Genuine, lasting recovery can be yours! Whether you are an individual seeking to overcome blocks to your fullest potential, or a parent looking to master new skills to parent from a new paradigm, I’m here to get you on track with the YOU that you know is somewhere deep inside. I help you to see clearly through the blocks that are obscuring your authentic view, and I map a simple course of action to make your way back home to yourself. We are the perfect fit for one another if any of these apply to you… I desire to live life aligned with my core values. I want to live openly and wholeheartedly from my authenticity. I am capable and intelligent, but I just don’t quite know how to get there. I am seeking to overcome subconscious blocks that are holding me back. I am breaking intergenerational cycles for me and/or my family. I see the change I want to make but lack the courage or skills to make it. I am trying to establish new choices, patterns or behaviors but feel stuck. I want to have resiliency and the tools it takes to bounce back from difficulty. I desire to be a powerful creator of my own life experience. I want to pioneer a new way of living that I believe exists, but I can’t yet see. I want to take an integrated approach to healing my mind/body/spirit. I believe I possess the power to unlock successful healing. I want a therapist who respects my sovereignty, one who excitedly supports my discovery of self and who views it as a unique, personalized process of becoming the most authentic expression of me. Since 2011, I’ve been a highly skilled therapist providing proven interventions rooted in practical skills of resiliency & compassion. I am the only practitioner in Mid-Missouri certified in the shame resiliency curriculums of Dr. Brené Brown. I’m a certified provider of the widely acclaimed form of hypnotherapy known as Rapid Transformational Therapy. I’ve been trained by world-renowned healers Marisa Peer, Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer. Ready to transcend those outworn ways of being? I would be honored to assist you in overcoming the challenges you face while helping you to build the solid foundation for your authentically empowered future!
