Hey guys, I’m Emily. I Help Power Couples Reconnect In Their Relationship By Leveraging Their Strengths. I stand for solutions. Therapy at The Couples Workshop is short-term and solutions-focused. I believe problems in life or in your relationship will always happen. Instead of focusing on each problem you are experiencing, let’s work together to develop ways to have better disagreements and to manage that conflict. With your knowledge of what works and hasn’t worked in your relationship, we can create goals that work on effective relationship skills in hopes of stopping fights before they escalate to a boiling point. This is what I consider real solutions for your real life: solutions that help you tackle the stresses that will inevitably come.
