Introduction

My name is Elyza Bertuzzi MS, CAGS, LMHC (She, Her, Hers), I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with Adolescents, and Adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment through difficult transitions, and self esteem, and working with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ I strive to support each individual in determining their own goals and helping them find success and hope in meeting their personal or family goals. My therapeutic approach is filled with being strength based, understanding, acceptance, and honesty. I utilize an eclectic mix of Motivational interviewing, Parts work, EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma informed care, and mindfulness with those I work with. I provide insight and support to individuals and families and help them find their path towards accomplishment because change is hard!
