Introduction

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. We all carry stories, wounds, and experiences that shape us, and sometimes we wonder if there’s someone strong enough, open-minded enough, and compassionate enough to truly meet us there. I’m that therapist. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, with honesty, understanding, and steady support — no judgment, no rushing, no pretending. When we work together, I see you as a whole person, not just your symptoms, your past, or your struggles. We'll honor your human design, your physiology, your lived experiences, your lifestyle, and the natural rhythms of your body and life stage. Your sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and real. There may be moments of silence. There may be moments of deep laughter, or times when I offer a grounded, well-placed F-bomb. In your first session, I'll ask you how you would like to feel differently, and your answer will guide us. Through it all, I’ll be your anchor — a steady presence, holding space for you through whatever season of life you're moving through. And then, one day, there will come a time when you no longer need me. The season will shift. You’ll move forward with clarity, strength, and confidence. It’s bittersweet — but it’s the greatest part of this work: watching you rise into your own. I’m Eyssa Hernandez — a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), Accelerated Resolution Therapist (C-ART), Nature Therapist, Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS), Yoga Teacher (CYT), and Professional Coach (CPC). I’m currently under the supervision of Melissa McGee, MA, LPC-S, CYT, as I complete my Texas Licensure. I believe true mental health is multidimensional. That’s why I weave together my expertise in nutrition, nature, therapy, movement, and soul work. When we nourish every part of you, you don’t just survive — you unlock your full, vibrant capacity to truly experience life. So, when you're ready to experience therapy without the emotional hangover, give me a call or request an appointment.
