I approach therapy with a thoughtful and empathetic style. My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s many challenges. Cultural humility is central to my practice. I make it a priority to honor each client’s unique background, identity, and life experiences. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults in young and middle adulthood, including individuals in the perinatal period. I have particular experience supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, perinatal depression and anxiety disorders, grief, and parents navigating challenges of family life. My approach integrates a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, crisis intervention, mindfulness, and grief and loss support.
