Introduction

There are so many reasons people seek counseling services at one time or another. Maybe you feel at a crossroads in your life? Perhaps you are feeling consumed by your emotions or stuck on something in your past? Sometimes it's as simple as seeking a safe place to share without feeling judged. There is no "right" reason or issue to seek counseling. If you are willing to be open and work toward your goals, it can be a very beneficial service. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages; providing assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy across multiple settings. I take a collaborative and tailored approached to each individual I work with. We will work together to address your areas of concern by building upon your unique strengths and working toward your goals. Starting this process isn't always easy. I believe that one of the most important parts of your journey forward is finding the right therapist. Your therapist should be someone that you connect with, share openly with, and can trust. I welcome you to reach out and see if we are that match!
