As a therapist, I work from the understanding that humans are astonishingly resilient and have a deep capacity for healing. I provide compassionate individual therapy for adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship issues & other mental health issues. I work best with individuals who are ready to do deep, internal work to understand and develop a loving relationship with their inner world. I draw from Western psychology, mindfulness practices, & Eastern wisdom and utilize talk therapy, mindfulness, IFS (parts work), & EMDR in sessions with clients. I offer experiential and mindfulness modalities to understand and heal your inner world. I view my role as a guide who supports clients in bearing what is true, connecting to the wisdom of emotions, building life skills, processing trauma, and bringing curiosity and compassion to the places inside that are wounded or confused, in need of love and healing. I genuinely care for the individuals I work with and offer a warm, accepting presence to support you in exploring your inner life.
